2024 CAC Saturday CIBA Awards Banquet & Ceremony ONLY

The 2024 Chanticleer Authors Conference and the 2023 Chanticleer International Book Awards (The CIBAs) Ceremony & Banquet will take place at the Sheraton Four Points Hotel located in Bellingham, Wash. This fabulous event will start on Thursday, April 18th, 2024 and goes through Sunday, April 21st, 2024. This pass is only for the Saturday evening CIBA Ceremony & Banquet event.

REGISTRATION PACKAGE with Awards Banquet and Cocktail Party on Saturday, April 20th, 2024.*

Saturday Banquet Only Pass includes the CIBA Ceremony and Banquet along with the Cocktail party in honor of the 2023 CIBAs. The 2023 CIBA ceremony and banquet is underwritten by the 2024 Chanticleer Authors Conference.

• Dinner Check-in is 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at the Sheraton Four Points Ballroom. Please look for the Chanticleer registration desk on the second floor of the Sheraton Four Points Hotel. Your meal selection tickets will be there for you to pick up and display where you are seated.
• You will receive your 2023 CIBA Ceremony Guide, name tag, and meal selection designators when you check in at the Chanticleer Registration Desk on the Second Floor of the Sheraton. Reservations and Registrations must be made in advance of April 7, 2024. FIRM.

$245 per main person and $155 per guest of registering attendee.

• Saturday Awards Banquet. Choice of Menu Selections are available until April 7th, 2024. This date is FIRM due to the Sheraton Catering Service. Please click here to visit the Menu Page for CAC24 and the 2023 CIBA Banquet & Ceremony.
• Saturday Cocktail Party Only - Cash Bar opens at 5:30. Credit cards are accepted. Cocktails, Beer, & Wine along with non-alcoholic selections will be available for purchase. Bar is open at 5:30 with last call at 10 p.m.
• Appetizers Station opens at 6 p.m.
• Headshots/Author Photos (5:30 until 7 p.m.) and Photo Opportunities with FREE Digital Downloads from TreeHouse Photography by Dwayne Rogge. Photography will continue with the CIBA ceremony. Photos will be available for complimentary digital downloading. Prints may also be ordered for a fee.
• Dinner Seating at 7 p.m. starting with the Seated Salad Service. Dinner service includes coffee, decaf, tea, and water. Rolls & Butter
• Seated Dinner (approx. 7:30) includes a choice of: (until April 7th, 2024)
  • Grilled NY Strip with Demi-Glace served with roasted marble potatoes, rainbow carrots
  • Seared Halibut with lemon caper beurre blanc served with classic risotto and market vegetables
  • Grilled Butternut Squash Steak with coconut rice, wild mushrooms, smoked tomato sauce, & pomegranate
  Dessert Station will be open during the CIBA Ceremony offering Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting and Chocolate Mousse Cake. There will be a limited amount of Gluten Free/Dairy Free cupcakes.
• The 2023 CIBA Ceremony will start approximately at 8 o'clock in the evening.
• Option to bring a dinner guest at the discounted rate of $155.00 - advanced registration required.
• Join us for the After Party in the B-Town Bar and Grill at the Sheraton. Outside heated patio seating is available along with inside seating at tables.
