If you do have Covid-19 or having Covid-19 symptoms, or have tested positive for Covid-19, or have had close contact with a person who has tested positive or has symptoms of Covid-19,  please do not attend CAC22. Email Kiffer Brown at KBrown@ChantiReviews.com with CAC23 – Covid-19 in the subject line. I will be back in contact with you about canceling your CAC22 registration.

In addition, we are requiring that all in-person conference attendees and event staff:

  • Comply with all applicable regulations imposed by federal, Washington state, and/or local health authorities and government mandates.
  • Additionally, attendees, presenters, and event staff must adhere to all safety precautions and mandates established by the Hotel Bellwether for the safety of their staff and guests.

  • Respect the individual choices others make regarding masking and social distancing.

Social Distancing

We are limiting the number of In-Person Registered Attendees for CAC23 to allow for ample social distancing at meals, networking events, class sessions, social events, and kaffeeklatsches held at the Hotel Bellwether.

Additionally, there are plenty of outdoor seating areas available at the Hotel Bellwether to take advantage of the fresh sea air!

We Strongly Recommend the Following:

  • If you are not already, become fully vaccinated prior to attending CAC23 and the 2022 CIBA Banquet and Ceremony.
  • Wear a mask in indoor settings especially those that are poorly ventilated or do not allow for social distancing. Please respect those who do wear masks – they may be doing so for health reasons and for loved ones.
  • Wash your hands or sanitize your hands frequently.

Please check back frequently for status updates.
